    Offered here is a charming 3-note Notgeld set from Soltau in der Lüneburger Heide (“Heidestadt” Soltau), issued just after World War I: 10 Pfennig – grey/black design with Iron Cross in laurel wreath, dated 1 Jan 1921 25 Pfennig – green/pink design with Iron Cross in red wreath, dated 1 Jun 1920 50 Pfennig “Kriegsnotgeld” – dark blue/cream silhouette of Soltau with rising sun and decorative floral border All three notes date to the early 1920s emergency money period in Germany and feature bold Gothic lettering and classic Iron Cross motifs. Colors are still strong with light handling, minor corner wear and toning consistent with age. No rips or major damage seen.
