Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS, and armored car. Which carrier we use depends on the contents of your order. We offer expedited shipping for a surcharge and can accommodate PO boxes & military addresses as well. Our fulfillment center is located Boca Raton, Florida.
Shipment Packaging
When mailing valuable precious metals, discretion and protection are key. Your products are securely wrapped in protective packaging, then placed in the shipping parcel along with packing material to prevent the products from shifting during shipping.
Please note: Our return address and packaging do not give any indication of the valuable contents of the package, so you can rest assured that your packages will arrive safe and sound.
Shipment Tracking
When you place an order at Genventro LLC, you can track your order’s progress from the time of creation until your products are delivered to your doorstep. As soon as your order ships, typically within 1 business day of Cleared Payment, you will receive an email notification of shipment. When possible, we will further email you if there is an exception or delay, when your order is out for delivery, and when it is delivered. You can also opt-in for SMS updates, or simply follow along in your account.
