Description

Small variety lot of 3 different German Notgeld notes from the early 1920s:

  1. 25 Pfennig – Neustrelitz (Mecklenburg) – text-based design with “Gutschein für 25 Pfennig / 25 Pfg.” on one side, printed by Hofbuchdrucker Bohls Nachflg., Neustrelitz.

  2. 10 Pfennig – Arolsen – green/cream note with shield showing a stylized “A” under rays of light, dated August 1921.

  3. 75 Pfennig – Allegorical “time” design – ornate tan/blue note with large “75 Pfennig” and a medallion showing a figure with hourglass and the German inscription about time running on.

All three are typical Weimar-era emergency issues with strong typography and period artwork. Overall decent circulated condition: good color, some light folds/handling and toning but no serious damage observed.

Ideal small starter or filler lot if you’d like several different towns and designs in one purchase. Sold as pictured – please review images.
