Offered is a lot of 2 original German Notgeld (emergency money) notes from the town of Vechta in northern Germany, issued in the early 1920s (post–World War I). These notes feature a striking illustrated plan of the historic Festung Vechta (Vechta Fortress) on one side and dramatic silhouette scenes on the other.
